Village 21 Mixed-Use Development

Village 21 is a new construction, mixed-use project in the flourishing Hillsboro Village neighborhood of Nashville. Positioned adjacent to Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt Medical Center and Belmont University, the project consists of 103 units including micro, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom configurations ranging from 450 to 1,200 square feet. Over 17,000 square feet of retail space occupies the street level of the four-story structure which includes Regions Bank, Urban Juicer, a clothing boutique, Taco Mama restaurant, Rock-n-Roll Sushi restaurant and Mountain High Outfitters, an outdoor recreational retailer. A three-story restaurant space anchors the corner of 21st Avenue and Wedgewood Avenue and opened in late 2019.

Amenities for the residential component include a club room, demonstration kitchen, fitness area, outdoor courtyard with wading pool and multiple grilling areas. Parking for all uses is met with underground parking as well as parking on-grade behind the restaurant space.
