High View Flats

EOA is currently collaborating with Core Development on High View Flats and Cottages, a new residential community on Trinity Lane in East Nashville. This new development, perched on a hillside at the northeastern border of Highland Heights, will provide a variety of residential uses in a walkable community while maintaining minimal impact to the site and retaining mature trees and views. The development includes 88 urban flats offering studio, 1- and 2-bedroom plans as well as 75 single-family cottages. The units are all connected through a trail/walkway system allowing for connected outdoor community spaces. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, grilling areas, fitness center, conference room, and co-work spaces as well as parcel delivery hub. The denser flats are sited along Trinity Lane, 3 to 4 stories tall, and will act as the gateway to the community. The cottages are placed in the southern portion of the property within a wooded and sloped area allowing for opportunities for privacy and views. The cottages will minimally interrupt the sloping site and take advantage of existing mature trees.
