Row 8.9N Townhouses

This urban row house project consists of 29 “affordable” and “market rate” loft-style condominium units, ranging in size from 930 square feet to 1220 square feet, on 1.9 acres. Open, sunlit floor plans accentuate vertical volume with lofts overlooking double-height living spaces angled to capture the view to the State Capitol.

Careful consideration of the connection between the new units and the neighborhood allows the “eyes on the street” concept to completely change the feeling of security in the neighborhood. This is one of the first residential projects in Nashville to mix subsidized housing with market-rate units to create a project rich in both style and cultural diversity.
