The View at City Heights, Townhouses

The View at City Heights project is comprised of fourteen (14) single-family townhomes situated at the crest of Delaware Avenue in the neighborhood of City Heights. The townhomes are three stories plus a basement/garage ranging from 2200 to 2600 SF including 4 to 5-bedrooms. To take advantage of the site’s elevation, a roof terrace with a view of Downtown Nashville is a prominent feature of each unit. The townhomes have a neutral palette of layered materials. The black brick peels away to reveal IPE wood accents. Layered behind the brick is a simple white siding w/ black accents that create the form for the rooftop deck.

The luxury townhouse units were pre-sold before construction began and many are being utilized for short-term rental (STR). EOA also designed a nearby project at 27th & Clifton for E3 Construction Services.
