Stacks on Main Apartments

EOA worked with Atlanta-based St. Clair Holdings to construct 268 rental units on an existing vacant lot next to the 5th & Main Mixed-Use Development in East Nashville. The site fronts Main Street and is bordered by 6th Street and Yeaman Place. The program included studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units ranging from 550-1200 square feet. A pre-cast concrete garage was constructed which included 334 secure parking spaces for the residents and sales office personnel. Additional visitor parking is located along 6th Street and the lower level of the garage. Amenities include a resident courtyard, salt-water pool, grill area, leasing office, fitness center, spin/yoga, resident club room, private resident roof area along with a resident coffee lounge, rentable music room and bike repair space.

The residential portion of the project was 4 and 5-story, all-wood construction. Construction began in February of 2015 and was completed in early 2017.
