Outstanding EP Friendly Firm Award, AIA Tennessee

EOA is proud to have received the top award, Outstanding Firm Award for a medium-sized firm, from AIA Tennessee for supporting Emerging Professionals (EPs) and being recognized as an AIA Tennessee EP Friendly Firm!

For this submittal, EOA highlighted our employee benefits; which include a mentorship program, continuing education monies, payment of AIA dues, reimbursement for passing architectural registration exams, bi-annual firm trips, a family leave policy, celebrating licensure, the EOA JEDI committee, the EOA social committee and encouragement (and support) to participate in community organizations.
