2022 Metro Nashville Historic Preservation Awards

The Metropolitan Historical Commission hosted the 46th Annual Preservation Awards, which honors Nashville's best preservation projects. EOA Architects is proud to have been awarded an Honorable Mention for our Phoenix on Fatherland project. Home of EOA Principal Tracey Ford, the 1913 Victorian cottage in East Nashville was restored over the course of a year after a severe fire damaged most of the home. The project includes high end finishes and appliances, custom cabinetry and millwork, and locally made interior architectural elements. The renovation of the main house included the addition of a master bedroom suite, second floor bath, and expanded outdoor living space.
