Founded in 1991, EOA has become a majority women-owned architectural, interior design and urban planning firm with regional focus. Striving for a better tomorrow today, EOA positively impacts individual lives and shapes communities through the creation of sustainable and award-winning projects in a variety of specialty areas. Some of our favorite Nashville projects include (photos above): the Tennessee State Museum, the Pinnacle at Symphony Place, the Smyrna Ready Mix Corporate Office, Bento at Chestnut Hill, and the Cumberland Play Park. We are also honored to be working on many projects in our city & state, including the new Tennessee Performing Art Center (TPAC), a new State Capitol Visitor Center, a new Military Museum (a branch of the Tennessee State Museum) and a renovation/addition to the historic Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Nashville.

EOA is driven by a passion to improve people’s lives through architecture. At EOA we are proud to honor our city’s architectural landmarks, connect the past to today, and breathe new life into our city with innovative design. We call this Humanizing Design.

We are proud of the non-profits we work with both in our studio as well as our commitments outside our studio walls. EOA has a personal connection to our community as well as those entities making our communities better; for individuals, families and those in our city that are the most vulnerable and at-risk. It is for these reasons we donate our services and our personal time to assist each of them toward reaching their goals.
