Brescia University called on EOA to develop the first new residence hall on campus in more than 20 years. The St. Ann Street Residence Hall sits on the edge of campus and the adjacent, historical neighborhood. The design balances the aesthetic established by the two previous EOA designs with the character of its neighbors.

Construction began in late 2018, with the residence hall opening to students in the fall of 2019.
