With over 40 years of professional experience, Patrick has always had a passion for design. Beginning at age 4, he was drawing floorplans and using wooden blocks to create 3D-designs. Patrick spent 35 years honing his craft as an Owner with a prominent Nashville architecture firm. Prior project experience includes renovation of two historic bank towers into Hotel Indigo, renovation of the 1898 Fall School into The Church of Scientology, and redevelopment of the historic Belle Meade Theatre into a mixed-use retail and residential complex. Patrick has designed and managed millions of square feet of corporate office space in the greater Nashville area. Over a ten-year period, he managed one million square feet of office space design for Franklin-based Community Health Systems. Patrick joined EOA in 2022 to share his design talents and people skills while furthering his love for the Nashville area.
