Honor Award, AIA Gulf States

Alloy at Tech Hill was given an Honor Award from AIA Gulf States. Alloy at Tech Hill is EOA’s first modular, pre-fabricated multi-family housing project. The project consists of 82 studio, one and two-bedroom condominium units within two connected 4-story buildings. The site has an industrial context and EOA worked with the Owner, Core Development, to create an industrial vernacular to the exterior that plays well with its surroundings. The façade consists of solid and perforated metal siding with exposed steel stairs, steel walkways and pre-fabricated balconies.
