New images just released and construction has commenced!

EOA has joined with @manuelzeitlinarchitects on a 310-unit, mixed-use development in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of South Nashville. The industrial history and context of the site is echoed in the detailing of the 4, 5 and 6-story buildings. Outdoor amenities include a ‘living alley’, green space/active park between the two buildings, an outdoor dog park as well as two internal courtyards; one including a pool and the other translating into an outdoor maker yard.

The facade’s floating panels are a textured open joint rainscreen that play off the artistic nature of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood.
