Jury Comments: The design approach of the stepping portion of this project was exceptional in massing and detailing.  The articulation of the façade screening and the sawtooth modular massing behind brings a repetitive composition that is delightfully tectonic. We appreciated how the efficiencies of prefabrication allowed for the exterior single loaded circulation which was carefully studies and well executed. The use of color and mega graphics as unifying elements are fresh, energetic, and appropriate to the industrial vernacular. Zooming out, the opposite wing did pose some questions for the jury that appreciated the level of innovation on the staggered wing.
