High View Flats

EOA partnered with Core Development to create High View Cottages, a new residential community on Trinity Lane in East Nashville. Perched on a hillside at the northeastern edge of Highland Heights, the development balances density with respect for the natural landscape—retaining mature trees, preserving views, and minimizing site disturbance.

The community features 88 urban flats—offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom plans—alongside 75 single-family cottages. A network of trails and walkways links the homes, fostering outdoor connectivity and shared community spaces.

Amenities for the flats include an outdoor swimming pool, grilling areas, a fitness center, conference room, and co-working space. Strategically placed along Trinity Lane, the three- to four-story flats establish a welcoming gateway into the community. The cottages, situated on the wooded and sloped southern portion of the property, are carefully integrated into the landscape, offering privacy, views, and a strong connection to the site’s natural character.
