Our team was honored last night at the 2024 IIDA Design Awards Gala with Standard Assembly receiving the Best in the Multi-Family category.
EOA led the effort with Manuel Zeitlin Architects on this mixed-use development in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of South Nashville. The industrial history and context of the site is echoed in the detailing of the buildings, from the exterior to the interior. The interior highlights numerous local vendors with custom lighting, ceramic tile, furniture and artwork:
