It embraces the warmth, character, and scale of the community by employing traditional forms and materials such as gable roofs, front porches, exposed rafters at roof overhangs, lap board siding, and brick detailing. An L-shaped site plan creates a consistent edge with existing neighbors and adds privacy and secure parking.
