Fifth & Main Mixed-Used Development

Fifth & Main Mixed-Used Development, is a LEED-NC registered, mixed market-rate and affordable urban housing project bridging East Nashville to downtown Nashville. This 6.57-acre project consists of 129 Residential Units (118 condominiums and 11 townhouses), 11,260 square feet of Office and approximately 22,205 square feet of Retail. Parking was provided by 261 structured spaces and 78 surface spaces with an urban landscaped courtyard and green roof. Along with the use of sustainable materials, daylighting and energy management controls this project served as a model for managing waste and the reuse/recycle of construction waste materials during construction. The client’s objective for a dense mixed-use urban development with pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, boulevards and residential streets mixed with interactive courtyards and plazas was achieved with an almost “car-less” site with all structured parking underground. A master plan was developed at the beginning of the project.

EOA also designed the adjacent apartment development, Stacks on Main which includes 268 apartments with a pre-cast garage.
