Bellevue Family YMCA

Developed as a joint venture between the YMCA and Senior Citizens, Inc., the Bellevue YMCA completed the third phase of planned development. The partnership with Fifty Forward encourages a truly intergenerational facility that focuses on allowing seniors to live fuller, more independent lives while offering the quality opportunities that are synonymous with the YMCA. Anticipating the likelihood for rapid growth, EOA assisted the YMCA master plan for multiple phases of construction; after the opening of the first phase, an expansion was started almost immediately for Phase 2. Phase 3 was added in 2011. The building program includes over 60,000 square feet of space that consists of wellness center areas, a running track, a full size and mini gymnasium, a multi-purpose fitness studio, continuing education classes, a teen center, indoor pools and flexible recreational fields.
